- • Support customers through critical financial decisions by guiding them through home lending processes including property purchases, refinancing, and complex lending scenarios.
- • Build and convert a self-generated lending pipeline through proactive business development, referral networks, and active engagement within the Mount Waverley branch and local community.
- • Leverage branch presence and internal partnerships to identify, nurture, and maximize lending opportunities across the network.
- • Lead high-quality, consultative lending conversations with customers, ensuring tailored solutions aligned with their financial goals and regulatory requirements.
- • Manage end-to-end lending applications with ownership, accuracy, and pace, ensuring timely processing and seamless customer experiences.
- • Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to drive consistent pipeline growth.
- • Collaborate closely with branch colleagues and specialist lending teams to deliver integrated, high-standard outcomes for customers.
- • Ensure all lending applications comply with credit policy, regulatory standards, and responsible lending obligations at all stages of the process.
- • Act as a senior lender within the branch, contributing to team culture by leading by example and fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
- • Continuously grow your professional presence and reputation as a trusted lending expert within the Mount Waverley area and broader Commonwealth Bank network.
