📋 Description

• • This is a remote Hosting Sales and Support Messaging Guide role based in Serbia, where you will serve as the first point of contact for GoDaddy’s hosting customers via messaging channels, providing technical assistance and guiding customers toward successful outcomes.
• • Day to day, you will take ownership of customer service questions, research and resolve issues of moderate complexity, provide technical feedback to improve processes, collaborate across departments, work in multiple systems including Chat, CRM, JSD, and Live Engage, consult with customers on product solutions aligned to their business goals, troubleshoot hosting environments using FTP, cPanel, Plesk, and MySQL, and maintain quality and production standards while building trust with customers and internal teams.
