- • Hotel Supplier Partnerships Manager at Perk.com Inc. plays a critical role in driving value for corporate clients by securing competitive hotel rates and strategic supplier agreements, directly impacting client satisfaction and cost savings in business travel.
- • The role involves leading end-to-end hotel sourcing initiatives, negotiating with hotel chains and independent properties, managing RFP processes, and building strong supplier relationships to ensure optimal hotel inventory and pricing for Perk’s travel management platform.
- • Day to day, the manager will lead negotiations with hotel partners to secure corporate rates and preferred agreements, analyse booking data and market trends to inform sourcing decisions, support Account Managers with client hotel strategies and internal training on global ADRs, manage the full RFP lifecycle from supplier selection to rate loading and final recommendations, provide strategic insights to enhance programme performance, collaborate with Product, Account Management, and Sales teams for seamless implementation, and maintain key regional hotel chain relationships while supporting broader partnership initiatives including MICE/Event supplier agreements.

- • In this role, the individual can deepen their expertise in hotel RFP processes and corporate rate negotiation, gain exposure to global hotel market analytics and performance tracking, build cross-functional collaboration skills with Product and Sales teams, and grow into broader responsibilities such as managing regional supplier partnerships or supporting MICE/Event agreements, all within a high-impact, values-driven SaaS company committed to employee growth and wellbeing.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong background in hotel RFP processes and corporate rate negotiations, including hands-on experience with CVENT or another RFP sourcing tool
- • Proven experience in a TMC, corporate travel environment, hotel sales team, or procurement function
- • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across diverse clients
- • Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (required for internal collaboration)
