📋 Description

• • As the HQ AI Enablement Lead at Everfield AG, you will translate the company's AI strategy into actionable department-specific roadmaps and work directly with headquarters teams to implement AI-powered solutions that transform legacy processes.
• • Day to day, you will assess AI maturity across HR, Finance, Legal, Acquisitions, and Operations departments; build proof-of-concept tools using AI APIs and low-code platforms like Claude Code; prototype workflows alongside colleagues; automate manual tasks such as document processing and reporting; create scalable playbooks and training materials; and measure adoption and ROI to demonstrate real impact.
• • Everfield AG is a fast-growing European holding company that acquires, builds, and scales vertical market software businesses, operating a decentralized model where portfolio companies retain autonomy while receiving centralized support in talent, HR, finance, and operations from HQ.
