• • The HR AI & Automation Operations Lead role at Remote Technologies Inc. is a strategic position focused on designing and implementing intelligent automation systems to streamline HR operations globally, eliminate manual tasks, and enhance scalability and compliance across international employment processes.
• • Day to day, the role involves mapping operational processes, identifying bottlenecks, architecting end-to-end automated workflows using low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Retool, n8n), building data pipelines via APIs across HRIS and payroll systems, deploying AI agents for document processing and query triage, developing analytics dashboards with SQL and BI tools, and mentoring junior team members while driving cross-functional collaboration.
