đź“‹ Description
- • Fullsteam Operations, LLC is seeking a dedicated and insightful HR Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, contributing to the enhancement of our People Experience (PX) function through data-driven insights and workflow optimization.
- • This pivotal role will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable process and system requirements, fostering consistency, scalability, and risk reduction across the entire employee lifecycle.
- • You will collaborate closely with various teams, including HRIS, People Operations, Talent Development, Integrations, and Communications & Change, to ensure our HR processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our company's mission to help businesses flourish.
- • A core responsibility involves mapping current-state workflows across key employee lifecycle stages, such as onboarding, offboarding, performance management cycles, engagement initiatives, service delivery, internal mobility, and system integrations.
- • Based on this analysis, you will develop and recommend future-state processes that are not only aligned with best practices in employee experience but also operationally feasible and leverage the full capabilities of our systems, particularly Workday.
- • You will be responsible for maintaining and creating essential documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, detailed workflow diagrams, decision trees, intake forms, job aids, and checklists, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- • A significant aspect of the role involves identifying friction points, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies within our current HR operations, conducting thorough root-cause analysis to pinpoint issues stemming from systems, data, user behavior, processes, or policies.
- • Your recommendations will focus on improving these areas to minimize rework, clarify complex processes, and establish intuitive, repeatable workflows that enhance both employee and manager experiences.
- • In terms of project and program management, you will lead cross-functional PX initiatives from their initial intake through to successful execution.
- • This leadership includes defining clear project scope, assigning ownership, establishing critical milestones, and setting precise acceptance criteria to ensure projects stay on track and meet objectives.
- • You will facilitate crucial working sessions, design reviews, and decision-making forums, proactively escalating any identified risks or blockers to ensure timely resolution.
- • Maintaining comprehensive project plans, coordinating necessary resources, and ensuring all project documentation is complete, properly version-controlled, and readily accessible will be key to your success.
- • You will also manage the readiness validation process and ensure smooth handoffs to support ongoing operational execution across PX, HRIS, Integrations, and other partner teams.
- • As an operational liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact between PX and other critical departments such as HR Systems & Data, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT.
- • You will facilitate intake sessions designed to clarify business problems, define desired outcomes, establish project scope, identify dependencies, and understand any constraints.
- • Your ability to translate these often ambiguous requests into structured, testable requirements, encompassing current and future states, detailed business rules, edge cases, and potential downstream impacts, is essential.
- • The role also involves executing clean and effective handoffs for work that falls outside the direct PX ownership, providing clear problem statements, necessary context, identified stakeholders, dependencies, and required inputs to ensure seamless transitions.
- • You will lead requirements gathering specifically for PX, People Ops, and integration initiatives, and play a crucial role in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, and defect tracking.
- • Supporting Workday pre-release impact analysis and updating SOPs or workflows in response to system changes will be part of your ongoing responsibilities.
- • Furthermore, you will assist with HR Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integrations by mapping workflows, validating data, and executing checklists, while proactively surfacing any risks or lessons learned.
- • A forward-thinking component of this role involves identifying and piloting AI-enabled solutions, including Workday AI and intelligent automation, to streamline PX workflows, significantly reduce manual effort, and enhance employee and manager self-service capabilities.
- • You will partner with HRIS, IT, and other cross-functional teams to translate PX use cases into responsible AI requirements, ensuring robust governance, data integrity, effective risk mitigation, and measurable impact.
- • Driving AI adoption will be achieved by defining clear use cases, assessing process impacts, and enabling teams with comprehensive guidance, change support, and defined success metrics to scale sustainable AI practices across the organization.
