📋 Description

• The HR Business Partner at Carl Zeiss AG will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee experience across client groups.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, organizational design, learning and development, policy compliance, and workforce planning, while leveraging data, AI insights, and HR technologies to inform decisions and improve processes.
• Carl Zeiss AG is a global leader in optics and optoelectronics with over 177 years of innovation, operating in segments like Industrial Quality & Research, Medical Technology, Consumer Markets, and Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology, employing over 42,000 people worldwide, including 4,000+ in the US and Canada.
• In this role, the individual will develop expertise in strategic HR partnership, AI-enabled HR practices, organizational effectiveness, talent analytics, and change leadership, while contributing to sustainable business outcomes through people-centric solutions in a mature, innovative enterprise.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field (equivalent professional experience acceptable)
• 7+ years of human resources experience
• Experience in 3 or more specific HR areas (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations)
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local employment-related regulations
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
