📋 Description

• As a Senior HR Business Partner at OpenAI, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, shaping high-performing teams and driving organizational effectiveness by translating business strategy into talent and organizational decisions.
• Day to day, you will partner with leaders to design team structures and talent plans, coach managers through complex situations, evolve people programs for performance and retention, and lead change initiatives with empathy and rigor.
• You will join the HR Business Partner team at OpenAI, which partners with leaders to navigate complex talent decisions, build higher-leverage HR models, and focus on judgment, influence, and leadership partnership to improve decision quality and organizational effectiveness.
• In this role, you will develop strategic HR expertise, strengthen leadership coaching abilities, drive scalable people programs, and gain experience influencing organizational change in a high-impact, mission-driven AI company.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner in high-growth or complex environments
• Proven ability to partner strategically with leaders, guide through tough trade-offs, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• Skilled at giving candid, actionable feedback and building leadership capabilities across teams and organizations
