- • Serve as an embedded HR advisor to business leaders and managers across global teams, translating strategic business priorities into actionable people initiatives.
- • Partner with leadership on team effectiveness, performance management, and day-to-day people decisions in a fast-evolving, high-growth environment.
- • Translate business goals into people actions across hiring, engagement, performance, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- • Support employee relations matters and performance conversations with sound judgment, discretion, and practicality, navigating complex or ambiguous situations.
- • Contribute to workforce planning and headcount tracking in collaboration with Finance and HR leadership, ensuring data-driven resourcing decisions.
- • Analyze people data and employee feedback to identify trends, surface organizational risks, and recommend evidence-based improvements to HR practices.
- • Support end-to-end talent initiatives including onboarding, career development, internal mobility, and learning and development programs.
- • Adapt HR approaches to suit diverse geographic and cultural contexts across multiple markets in Southeast Asia and beyond.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to managers by providing business-aligned, pragmatic guidance rather than relying solely on policy or procedural frameworks.
- • Operate with high autonomy and ownership, driving HR initiatives without rigid playbooks in a dynamic, technology-focused organization.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure HR strategies are integrated with business operations, financial planning, and organizational development.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of local labor practices while aligning with global HR standards and company values.
- • Proactively identify gaps in people processes and propose scalable solutions that support rapid growth and operational efficiency.
- • Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee experience across all levels of the organization.
- • Engage with senior leadership to influence people strategy and ensure HR is positioned as a strategic partner, not an administrative function.

- • Experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role in a fast-moving environment
- • Solid grounding in core HR areas including employee relations, performance management, and talent processes
- • Ability to advise managers with practical, business-aligned guidance rather than policy-driven answers
- • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguity
- • Clear communication skills and good judgment when handling sensitive matters
- • Experience working across multiple geographies and business contexts
