We enable organizations worldwide to manage and govern human and non-human access across all applications, data, and business processes, safeguarding critical digital assets, enhancing operational efficiency, and significantly reducing compliance costs. Our leadership in identity security is recognized by leading brands, Fortune 500 companies, and government institutions, empowering them to safely accelerate their AI deployments and usage. Following a substantial $700 million capital raise led by KKR, Saviynt is experiencing aggressive global expansion, and we are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to fuel this growth.
- • This pivotal role serves as the primary HR strategist for Saviynt's Americas (AMS) Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, encompassing Sales and Marketing functions. You will be instrumental in aligning people strategy with ambitious commercial objectives, ensuring our GTM teams are agile, high-performing, and positioned for success in a rapidly evolving market. This is a high-visibility position where you will partner directly with GTM leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to drive talent initiatives that support our aggressive revenue goals and overall business strategy.
- • Your core responsibility will be to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies. This involves deep collaboration with sales and marketing leadership to understand their challenges, opportunities, and talent needs. You will be a key player in talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and compensation strategy, all tailored to the unique demands of a fast-paced GTM environment. You will champion Saviynt's culture and values, ensuring they are embedded in all people practices and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- • Key responsibilities include partnering with leaders to develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and onboard top-tier sales and marketing talent. This involves working closely with recruiters to define role requirements, identify sourcing channels, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will also play a crucial role in workforce planning, forecasting future talent needs based on business growth projections and market trends, and developing strategies to address potential talent gaps.
- • Furthermore, you will be a driving force behind performance management initiatives. This includes collaborating with leaders to set clear performance expectations, implement effective performance review processes, and identify high-potential employees for development and advancement. You will coach managers on how to provide constructive feedback, manage underperformance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Your expertise will be vital in developing and implementing targeted employee development programs, including leadership training, skill-building workshops, and career pathing initiatives, to enhance the capabilities of our GTM teams.
- • You will also be responsible for advising on and managing complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies. This requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion and fairness. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and execution of competitive compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain top talent in the competitive GTM landscape. This includes collaborating with the compensation team on salary benchmarking, incentive plan design, and equity programs.
- • As a strategic partner, you will proactively identify organizational design opportunities to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and scalability within the GTM functions. You will work with leaders to structure teams effectively, define roles and responsibilities, and implement change management strategies to support organizational evolution. You will also champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, working to foster an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best work.
- • This role requires a proactive, data-driven approach. You will leverage HR analytics and metrics to inform decision-making, track the effectiveness of HR programs, and identify areas for improvement. You will stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, particularly within the SaaS and GTM sectors, to ensure Saviynt remains competitive in its talent strategies. Ultimately, you will be a key contributor to Saviynt's mission to define identity security for the modern age by ensuring we have the right talent, in the right roles, performing at their highest level.
