- • Serve as HR Business Partner to executive-tier clients with a primary focus on compliance-driven HR needs and client retention.
- • Manage all aspects of client HR health, including payroll trend monitoring, product consultation, and compliance navigation.
- • Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and operations departments to ensure seamless transitions to Vensure and sustain long-term partnerships.
- • Conduct onsite client visits and remote meetings to meet KPIs, service level agreements, and profitability targets.
- • Deliver customized HR solutions aligned with internal standards and best practices, including employee handbooks, job descriptions, performance evaluation systems, compensation plans, and onboarding processes.
- • Review and ensure compliance of client accrual plans with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with client owners, appointed contacts, and on-site supervisors to drive business success and high satisfaction.
- • Gain deep understanding of client business models, HR practices, goals, and objectives to proactively reduce liability and enhance operational effectiveness.
- • Advise clients on employee relations matters including coaching, counseling, reduction-in-force decisions, termination analysis, and separation agreements.
- • Act as the primary point of communication between clients and affected employees during sensitive HR events.
- • Partner with HR Manager and Regional AVP to conduct thorough, objective investigations and document findings.
- • Conduct exit interviews and ensure timely, accurate documentation of all client interactions in CRM and HRIS systems.
- • Coordinate communications and services across internal teams including HR, sales, and operations to ensure consistent client support.
- • Attend webinars, seminars, and training sessions to maintain current knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- • Apply change management principles to support client business transformation initiatives.
- • Make rapid, sound judgments under pressure while adhering to legal standards, company policies, and ethical guidelines.
- • Manage multiple concurrent HR projects and daily operational tasks with high accuracy and follow-through under tight deadlines.
- • Perform root cause analysis and problem-solving to resolve complex HR escalations using sound judgment and regulatory alignment.
- • Research and analyze HR-related data to inform recommendations and improve client outcomes.
- • Prioritize and execute a high-volume, broad-scope workload in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- • Demonstrate strong business acumen by operating from the perspective of the client as a business owner.
- • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold high standards of business ethics when handling sensitive employee and client information.
- • Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and quickly learn new HR technology platforms.
- • Ensure adherence to established KPIs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
