  • • As a key member of the HR team, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing HR initiatives that align with Saviynt's mission to be the leader in identity security, especially as we navigate the exciting AI era and leverage our recent $700 million capital raise. Your focus will be on building and scaling high-performing teams within our Customer Office, ensuring we have the talent and organizational capabilities to meet the evolving demands of our global customer base.
  • • You will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent development. Your insights and actions will directly impact our ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve partnering closely with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable HR strategies. This includes identifying key talent needs, developing proactive recruitment plans, and implementing programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.

You will be responsible for investigating employee concerns, mediating disputes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • • You will also contribute to the development and execution of our total rewards strategy, working with the compensation and benefits team to ensure our offerings are competitive and aligned with market trends, helping us attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
  • • Talent development is another critical component. You will identify skill gaps and work with leaders to create development plans, training programs, and career pathing opportunities to foster employee growth and career progression within Saviynt.
  • • In this role, you will leverage data and analytics to inform HR decisions, track key HR metrics, and provide insights to leadership on workforce trends, employee engagement, and the effectiveness of HR programs. This data-driven approach will be essential for continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
  • • You will be a champion for Saviynt's culture and values, working to embed them into all aspects of the employee experience. This includes promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and fostering an environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to do their best work.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, a proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders, and a passion for driving organizational success in a dynamic, growth-oriented company. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution will be key to your success in this role.
