This is a high-impact position where you will collaborate directly with R&D leadership to drive organizational design, talent management, and overall HR strategy, ensuring our talent initiatives are perfectly aligned with our rapid product evolution and aggressive growth objectives.
  • • You will be the primary HR strategist for our world-class engineers and product visionaries, embedding yourself within the R&D organization to understand its unique challenges, opportunities, and culture. This role demands a proactive and consultative approach, moving beyond traditional HR functions to become an integral part of the R&D leadership team.
  • • Your responsibilities will include advising on and executing organizational design initiatives that foster innovation, agility, and scalability. This involves partnering with leaders to structure teams effectively, define roles and responsibilities, and implement changes that enhance productivity and collaboration within our engineering and product functions.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies. This includes talent acquisition support, performance management, career development, succession planning, and retention strategies specifically tailored to the highly competitive R&D talent market.
  • • A key aspect of this role is driving employee engagement and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. You will work closely with R&D leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, implement engagement programs, and address employee relations issues with sensitivity and expertise.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor to R&D leaders on all HR-related matters, including compensation, benefits, HR policies, and compliance. Your insights will be critical in ensuring our HR practices are competitive, equitable, and supportive of our business goals.
  • • This role requires a deep understanding of the technology industry, particularly in the SaaS and AI/ML space, to effectively partner with technical leaders and address their specific needs and concerns.
  • • You will champion Saviynt's culture and values throughout the R&D organization, ensuring that our growth and expansion are managed in a way that preserves and enhances our unique identity.
  • • You will be responsible for analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • • You will collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR system utilization.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a company at the forefront of identity security and AI innovation, with significant investment and rapid scaling. You will have the chance to make a tangible impact on the growth and success of Saviynt by ensuring our most valuable asset – our people – are strategically managed and supported.
  • • You will be expected to stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in HR, particularly those relevant to technology organizations, and apply this knowledge to enhance our HR strategies.
  • • Partnering with leaders to navigate complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures while mitigating risk.
  • • Developing and implementing robust onboarding processes for new R&D hires to ensure a smooth transition and rapid integration into the team and company culture.
  • • Driving performance management cycles, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee development.
  • • Identifying and nurturing high-potential employees, creating development plans, and supporting succession planning efforts to build a strong leadership pipeline within R&D.
  • • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to refine recruitment strategies for R&D roles, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier engineering and product talent.
  • • Contributing to the development and execution of compensation strategies that are competitive and equitable, supporting retention and motivation of R&D staff.
  • • Acting as a change agent, supporting R&D leaders through organizational changes, restructurings, and the integration of new technologies or processes.
  • • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, and advising leadership on best practices to maintain a compliant and ethical workplace.
  • • Facilitating leadership development programs and coaching R&D managers on effective people management skills.
  • • Developing and implementing recognition programs to acknowledge and reward employee contributions and foster a culture of appreciation.
  • • Analyzing workforce data to identify trends in areas such as turnover, engagement, and diversity, and using these insights to inform HR strategies.
  • • Serving as a point of contact for employees within the R&D organization, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • • Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are relevant, effective, and aligned with Saviynt's business objectives.
  • • Supporting the integration of HR systems and technologies to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy and accessibility.
  • • Proactively identifying potential HR risks and developing mitigation strategies in collaboration with legal and leadership teams.
  • • Driving initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the R&D organization, fostering a culture where all employees feel valued and respected.
  • • Partnering with R&D leaders to manage and optimize the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding.
  • • Ensuring that HR strategies are aligned with Saviynt's overall business strategy, particularly its ambitious growth plans and leadership position in the AI era of identity security.
