📋 Description

• HR BUSINESS PARTNER RECRUITING (M/W/D) is a 6-9 month biefristet position in Gütersloh.
• pplwise is a specialized Recruiting-Beratung and RPO-Partner for national and international companies.
• The company supports its customers in building and scaling their Recruiting functions - from individual key positions to long-term Embedded-Recruiting solutions.
• The customer is an international leading company with a strong employer brand and a modern HR environment.
• The HR Business Partner will support the departments in filling various positions and act as a sparring partner for hiring managers.
• The tasks include:
• Independent steering of the entire end-to-end recruiting process.
• Close cooperation and consultation with departments and hiring managers along the entire recruiting process.
• Taking up requirement profiles and developing suitable recruiting strategies.
• Active sourcing and identifying and directly addressing suitable candidates.
• Conducting interviews and steering the entire selection process.
• Proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Supporting recruiting projects and continuously optimizing processes.

🎯 Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in recruiting or as an HR Business Partner with a clear recruiting focus.
• In-depth experience in end-to-end recruiting.
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with departments.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Willingness to work 2-3 days a week on site in Gütersloh.
