- • As an HR Central Analyst at OpenDeal Inc., you will be a pivotal member of the HR shared services team, dedicated to delivering exceptional employee experiences through efficient and effective HR system support. Your role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes that underpin recruitment, retention, development, and reward initiatives for our valued employees.
- • You will act as a Tier II support specialist, handling complex employee-related inquiries and issues escalated from Tier 1 HR Central Representatives. This involves meticulous case management, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions that uphold our commitment to employee satisfaction.
- • A key responsibility includes performing specialized support tasks such as mass data imports, where precision, efficiency, and flawless execution are paramount. You will also serve as an escalation point for issues requiring deeper expertise, collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to resolve complex problems.
- • Your human-centered approach will be crucial in maintaining positive and consistent employee experiences throughout their entire lifecycle with the company. This means deeply understanding specific requests and resolving them with a high degree of accuracy and care.
- • You will be entrusted with maintaining the integrity and accuracy of employee data within our people-focused systems. This includes strict adherence to all corporate data administration policies, data security standards, and HR procedures, ensuring compliance and safeguarding sensitive information.
- • Providing end-user support for employees interacting with various HR systems is a core function. This encompasses guiding users through system navigation, resolving basic technical issues, and educating employees on self-service capabilities to empower them and reduce reliance on direct support.
- • You will contribute to the functional maintenance of HR systems, including managing tables and workflows that directly impact the overall usability and effectiveness of these critical tools.
- • A comprehensive understanding of the full scope of HR Systems and their interfaces is expected. This includes processing changes, conducting audits, supporting reporting needs, and contributing to the development and implementation of future self-service initiatives.
- • Driving data integrity across interconnected systems is vital. Through robust audit practices, you will prevent downstream impacts on critical cross-functional systems and partners, such as payroll and finance. You will also actively support SOX audit processes within HR Operations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- • You will play an active role in identifying and highlighting trends in inquiry types and volumes. This proactive approach allows the HR Central team to anticipate needs, plan resources effectively, and implement adjustments to optimize service delivery.
- • A continuous improvement mindset is essential. You will be encouraged to identify opportunities for process enhancements and technology solutions, escalating these insights to the appropriate technology teams and providing support through testing and implementation phases.
- • Professional development is a key aspect of this role. You will continually enhance your HR acumen, staying abreast of the full portfolio of HR services, policies, and procedures. The HR Central team serves as a dynamic platform for exploring the breadth of HR functions and fostering professional growth.
- • Adherence to and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including detailed process workflows, is required to ensure consistency and efficiency in all operations.
- • You will foster strong partnerships with the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to effectively support various people programs and strategic initiatives.
- • Participation in special projects and the willingness to perform other assigned or apparent job-related duties will contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
