Fueled by investment from some of the world's most prominent venture capital firms, we are driven by an ambitious mission to streamline and modernize every facet of dental practice operations through cutting-edge technology. As we strategically expand our international footprint, Dandy is dedicated to building the definitive operating system for dental offices worldwide. Our goal is to empower clinicians and their dedicated teams with innovative technology, forward-thinking solutions, and unparalleled support, enabling them to achieve greater success for their practices, their staff, and ultimately, their patients.
  • • In this critical role as an HR Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our International People Operations team, providing essential support across daily HR functions. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience, upholding rigorous process adherence, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our HR operations. This position specifically emphasizes HRIS system administration, meticulous benefits and leave management, and dedicated employee support, making it a cornerstone of our people-centric approach.
  • • You will actively support general HR operations by generating regular, insightful reports and coordinating various HR initiatives. This proactive approach ensures a consistently positive, engaging, and supportive employee experience, fostering a culture of trust and efficiency. Your role will involve close collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders to facilitate audits, conduct compliance checks, and drive the continuous improvement of our HR administrative processes, ensuring we remain at the peak of operational excellence.
  • • As a primary point of contact for employees, you will expertly handle day-to-day HR inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic information. You will be adept at identifying and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate HR specialists, ensuring all employee concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently. This requires a deep understanding of HR policies and a commitment to exceptional service.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve the meticulous handling and coordination of the implementation of employee benefits programs. You will oversee all ongoing benefits-related processes, ensuring their smooth operation, timely administration, and strict compliance with all relevant regulations. This includes managing enrollment, addressing queries, and liaising with benefit providers.
  • • You will take ownership of planning, arranging, and tracking employee wellness sessions. This includes coordinating logistics, communicating with participants, and diligently maintaining accurate records of attendance and engagement, contributing to a healthy and supportive work environment.
  • • Accurate tracking, monitoring, and maintenance of employee leave balances across all relevant systems will be a key responsibility. This ensures compliance with company policy and labor laws, providing clarity for both employees and the organization.
  • • You will be responsible for collecting and consolidating overtime (OT) and other non-confidential employee data directly from respective people managers. Your diligence in ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of this data is crucial for payroll processing and operational reporting.
  • • A core duty is to ensure the consistent implementation of HR policies and the Code of Conduct across the organization. You will monitor adherence, provide feedback, and flag any areas where updates or further communication are required to maintain our high standards of ethical conduct and operational integrity.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing, innovative company that is making a significant impact on the dental industry. You will be part of a dynamic international team, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Your work will directly influence the employee experience and the operational success of Dandy's global expansion.
