- • As an HR Data and Systems Lead at Agilent Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s global HR transformation by leveraging data, technology, and innovation to enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
- • Day to day, you will support the definition of the HR analytics roadmap, build automated and scalable reporting frameworks, ensure data quality and governance across HR systems, and partner with HR business partners and centers of excellence to translate analytics needs into actionable solutions.
- • You will join Agilent’s Global HR Digital team, a forward-thinking group driving HR transformation through digital solutions, AI, and data-driven insights to support workforce planning, talent analytics, and process optimization on a global scale.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in HR data architecture, advanced analytics, and system integrations while gaining exposure to enterprise-scale HR technology platforms like Workday and Power BI, positioning you as a strategic contributor to HR’s evolution into a data-powered function.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, IT, or a related field
- • 8+ years of relevant experience, including work with geographically distributed teams
- • Strong expertise with Workday reporting and HR data architecture
- • Experience building dashboards, analytic frameworks, and automated reports
- • Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI
- • Proven ability to work with complex datasets and ensure data quality, governance, and integrity
