- • As an HR Generalist at Pattern, Inc., you will be an integral part of our dynamic Human Resources team, playing a crucial role in supporting our associates and operational partners. - • A key responsibility will be providing comprehensive support to our associates. - • The role requires a proactive approach to new hire onboarding. You will be involved in ensuring that new associates have a seamless and welcoming experience from day one. Early arrivals may be expected on certain days to support new hire orientations and preshift communications, ensuring a strong start for our newest team members.
- • You will assist in the administration of HR programs and policies, including but not limited to, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. Your attention to detail will be critical in maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures will be an ongoing aspect of the role. You will help ensure that our HR practices are up-to-date, effective, and aligned with industry best practices and the evolving needs of the business.
- • You will be involved in employee relations matters, providing support and guidance to both employees and management in resolving workplace issues. This requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to fairness and confidentiality.
- • The HR Generalist will also support talent acquisition efforts, assisting with job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and extending offers. You will be a key player in attracting and retaining top talent for Pattern, Inc.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to HR data management and reporting, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR information systems. This may involve generating reports on key HR metrics to support decision-making.
