- • As an HR Generalist for Europe & Africa at Envoy Global, you will be a pivotal member of our dynamic HR team, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional HR support across a diverse range of countries within the UK, Europe, and Africa.
- • Your primary mission will be to ensure a seamless and high-quality employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from initial onboarding to final offboarding.
- • This hands-on operational role requires you to be a go-to expert for HR systems and processes, providing essential support to both employees and managers across key regions including the UK, Germany, and South Africa, among others.
- • You will collaborate closely with the HR Director, global HR Centers of Excellence, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and regional leadership to uphold accurate processes, maintain consistent data integrity, ensure strong governance, and foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve supporting cross-functional initiatives, driving employee engagement programs, and identifying opportunities for process improvements that enhance the overall effectiveness of HR operations in a rapidly growing international setting.
- • **Onboarding and Offboarding Excellence:** You will be responsible for orchestrating a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and integrated from day one. This includes preparing compliant offer letters and employment contracts, coordinating background checks, and partnering with IT, Finance, HR Reporting, and L&D to ensure all logistical aspects are covered for new employee readiness.
- • You will also manage the offboarding process with sensitivity and efficiency, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed and that departing employees have a professional and respectful exit experience.
- • A key part of this function is recommending and implementing process improvements that align with both global HR standards and specific local requirements, ensuring compliance and a high-quality experience.
- • **HRIS & Data Management Mastery:** You will become proficient in navigating and utilizing our HRIS platforms, generating critical reports, and analyzing key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, new hires, and terminations. This data will be instrumental in preparing insightful dashboards and leadership reports.
- • Maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all HR data will be paramount, requiring a keen eye for detail to identify and correct discrepancies and support periodic data integrity initiatives.
- • You will be a guardian of data protection and privacy standards, ensuring all HR data handling adheres to the strictest regulations.
- • Furthermore, you will actively seek out opportunities for automation within HR processes, collaborating with the global HR team to enhance system efficiency and elevate the employee experience through streamlined operations.
- • **Employee Engagement & Experience Champion:** You will actively support the logistics and coordination of vital HR initiatives, including employee engagement surveys, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs, and talent and performance management cycles, providing platform support where needed.
- • Your role will involve helping to plan and execute employee events, celebrations, and recognition activities, contributing to a vibrant and supportive company culture.
- • You will also contribute to internal communications efforts and cross-functional engagement projects, helping to keep employees informed and connected.
- • Maintaining the HR and company-wide events calendar will be part of your responsibility, ensuring timely communication and participation.
- • **Benefits & Payroll Administration Support:** You will work closely with employees, the payroll team, and the HR Director to effectively administer benefits across multiple countries, ensuring employees receive accurate and timely information and support.
- • This includes supporting all benefit-related activities such as enrollments, offboarding processes, audits, and managing changes to benefits coverage.
- • You will provide accurate and timely inputs to the payroll team, ensuring smooth and efficient payroll processing.
- • Collaboration with global compensation & benefits teams and local brokers will be essential to ensure our benefit offerings remain competitive and meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
- • **Employee Relations Partnership:** You will partner with HR leaders and managers to provide support for disciplinary processes, assisting with investigations, grievances, and ensuring proper documentation and meeting minutes are maintained.
- • You will manage exit interviews, conduct probation reviews, and ensure all necessary follow-up actions are completed promptly and professionally.
- • This role is ideal for an individual who is highly collaborative, possesses a creative mindset with a passion for enhancing the employee experience, and can manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
- • You will be comfortable working across multiple time zones and managing shifting priorities, with the flexibility to occasionally work extended hours when necessary.
