📋 Description
- • HR Generalist role with a clear career path to Head of HR, supporting a defense-tech startup in Kyiv that builds real-world combat-ready products.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), coordinating HR documentation, supporting probation periods, maintaining HR policies, assisting employees and managers with HR inquiries, coordinating performance reviews, contributing to corporate culture, supporting recruitment processes, and building scalable HR processes from scratch.
- • The team consists of engineers, developers, manufacturing specialists, and operations professionals focused on delivering practical defense solutions used in active combat environments.
- • The role offers the opportunity to build HR functions from zero, work directly with founders and department leads, operate in a high-autonomy, high-impact environment, and grow into a strategic HR leadership position as the company scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Generalist, HR Manager, People Partner, or similar role
- • Practical experience managing HR processes and employee lifecycle, including onboarding and internal HR procedures
- • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with ability to work autonomously in dynamic, uncertain environments
