📋 Description
- • Act as the primary HR partner for employees and managers across the APAC region.
- • Support the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
- • Ensure HR processes remain compliant with local labor laws and employment regulations across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
- • Manage employee records within the HRIS, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
- • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and collaboration with hiring managers.
- • Assist with performance review cycles by preparing materials, tracking timelines, and supporting managers throughout the process.
- • Respond to employee questions regarding contracts, benefits, leave policies, and HR procedures.
- • Partner with payroll providers and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.
- • Monitor and report on key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and hiring performance.
- • Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and regional team events.
- • Help maintain and update HR policies to align with both company standards and local legal requirements.
- • Collaborate with external vendors, recruitment partners, benefits providers, and legal advisors when needed.
- • Work closely with the global HR team to implement company-wide initiatives across the APAC region.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- • Strong understanding of core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- • Knowledge of employment legislation in at least one APAC country (such as the Philippines, India, Japan, Australia, or New Zealand).
- • Experience working with HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel for reporting and HR analytics.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- • Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
