- • The HR Graduate role at Allica Bank is an entry-level position designed to support the Human Resources team in delivering efficient, people-focused HR services that enable the bank’s growth and reinforce its reputation as a great place to work. This role matters because it ensures smooth HR operations, accurate employee data, and compliance with employment legislation, directly contributing to employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
- • Day to day, the HR Graduate will act as the first point of contact for HR queries from managers and employees, manage the shared HR inbox, coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, prepare and issue HR documentation such as contracts and letters, support pre-employment screening, administer family-friendly leave requests, maintain HR policies and procedures, assist with Employee Relations cases, support Learning & Development and Performance & Rewards initiatives, use HR data to generate reports and dashboards, maintain the HRIS system, and support payroll documentation processes.
