- • HR Management Trainee at Rohlik Group SE – a unique entry-level opportunity to shape the future of HR in a fast-moving, AI-first organization.
- • Day to day: Help drive AI activation across the HR ecosystem, support employee journey improvements, work with HR leaders on process redesign, support employer brand initiatives, and contribute to culture and engagement projects.
- • About the team or company: Rohlik Group SE is building one of Europe’s most modern HR ecosystems — AI-first, business-oriented, and designed for scale — with a People Experience (PX) team focused on creating workplaces people want to join, stay in, and grow with.
- • What the person can learn or achieve in this role: Gain hands-on experience with AI tools in HR, develop skills in employee experience and employer branding, learn from HR leaders across markets, and build real impact by improving how teams work — all while growing quickly in a high-visibility, trust-based environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed recently (or in final year)
- • 0–2 years of experience
- • Strong interest in AI tools and how they can improve team workflows
- • Proactive mindset with comfort in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
- • Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Czech/Slovak advantageous)
