📋 Description
- • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for supported employees, collaborating with global internal teams including Immigration and Payroll, as well as external service providers.
- • Serve as a regional HR expert to clients, providing expert guidance on international payroll, benefits, expense reporting, and other HR-related matters.
- • Manage client relationships in partnership with the client services team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- • Drive employee satisfaction by delivering a customer-centric HR experience with sincerity and professionalism, maintaining a strong service mindset.
- • Ensure timely onboarding and adherence to client SLAs for resolution times to maximize client satisfaction.
- • Maintain, audit, and update all HR records including personal information, employment contracts, onboarding documents, offboarding paperwork, and job-specific data.
- • Ensure full compliance with local employment laws in all HR processes and proactively notify relevant teams of any compliance gaps or required rectifications.
- • Stay informed about applicable Collective Agreements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure organizational compliance.
- • Partner with internal teams such as Knowledge Base and Product Development to provide regional HR expertise and contribute to system improvements.
- • Proactively identify potential operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and escalate findings to appropriate teams with recommended resolutions.
- • Assist in training and onboarding new team members to ensure consistent delivery of HR processes and standards.
- • Support broader business needs as a high-growth company, contributing across functions as required while maintaining focus on HR excellence.
- • Utilize Google and Microsoft Office Suite to manage HR data, documentation, and communication with precision and efficiency.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for all HR activities to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- • Demonstrate empathy, honesty, and an approachable demeanor when interacting with employees and clients across diverse cultural contexts.
- • Apply advanced knowledge of employment law to guide decisions and mitigate legal risk in HR operations.
- • Handle conflicts with professionalism and resolve issues promptly while preserving positive relationships with employees and clients.
- • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assimilate complex information quickly.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to internal and external stakeholders.
