📋 Description

• Higgsfield AI is at the forefront of redefining synthetic media on social platforms, experiencing explosive growth with a $200M run-rate sales in just nine months post-launch and a recent $130M Series A funding round. We are seeking an exceptional HR Operations professional to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in scaling our global operations. This is a unique opportunity to build and refine HR infrastructure within a rapidly expanding, innovative tech company.
• As our HR Operations specialist, you will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day HR functions while simultaneously designing and implementing scalable systems that will support our ambitious growth trajectory. You will be the go-to person for all things related to payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Your responsibilities will span across critical areas of HR operations, demanding a proactive and hands-on approach. You will meticulously manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for our diverse and growing workforce. This includes navigating the complexities of multi-state U.S. payroll and understanding international payroll nuances as we expand our global footprint.
• Benefits administration will be another core focus. You will oversee the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and meet the needs of our distributed team. This involves working closely with benefit providers and internal stakeholders to deliver a positive and supportive benefits experience.
• Compliance is paramount in a high-growth environment. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all U.S. employment laws across various states, staying abreast of regulatory changes, and implementing necessary policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will play a key role in managing the complexities of international talent relocation, including the handling of L-1 visas, ensuring a smooth and legally compliant process for our global hires.
• Data and reporting are crucial for strategic decision-making. You will develop and maintain internal HR dashboards, providing insightful analytics and forecasts to guide leadership. This involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting HR data related to headcount, compensation, turnover, and other key metrics to inform business strategy and identify areas for improvement.
• Employee experience is at the heart of our HR operations. You will partner closely with leadership and various teams to design and implement exceptional onboarding and offboarding processes. This ensures that every employee, regardless of their location, has a positive and efficient experience joining and leaving Higgsfield AI. You will also contribute to creating a supportive and engaging work environment through effective HR policies and practices.
• Leveraging your deep expertise in HR technology, particularly Rippling, you will optimize and automate HR workflows. This includes configuring the system to manage payroll, benefits, employee data, and compliance requirements efficiently. Your ability to build scalable HR systems from the ground up will be essential in supporting our rapid expansion and ensuring operational excellence.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset. You will be expected to anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and implement them effectively in a fast-paced, often ambiguous startup environment. Your ability to collaborate effectively with a globally distributed workforce and across different time zones will be key to your success. You will be a trusted advisor to leadership and a resource for employees, contributing to a culture of transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in HR operations at a fast-growing startup or tech company.
• Expertise in payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Rippling for HRIS, payroll, and benefits management.
• Experience managing international hiring and visa processes (L-1 visas preferred).
• Ability to build HR systems and procedures from scratch to a scalable operation.
• Excellent organizational, reporting, and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to coordinate across globally distributed teams and different time zones.
