📋 Description

• HR Operations & Compliance Manager role focused on ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable HR processes across global operations at Nexxen, a leading advertising technology company.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include executing HR workflows, managing employee lifecycle programs, maintaining HRIS data integrity, supporting compliance with employment laws (including GDPR), partnering with Finance and regional teams, and driving AI adoption in HR processes.
• HR Operations team: part of a global People function dedicated to operational excellence, process through the 3Cs – Customer Centric, Curious Mindset, Collaborative with No Ego.
• Opportunity to build and refine scalable HR systems, gain deep expertise in global compliance and HRIS management, lead process improvement initiatives using automation and AI, and grow into a strategic HR operations leader within a fast-scaling tech environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or a related HR generalist role
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR) and HR data management
• Solid understanding of employment law fundamentals and compliance requirements across multiple geographies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Proven ability to execute on projects independently and follow through with minimal direction
• Collaborative, team-oriented working style with strong communication skills
