- • As a HR & Payroll Coordinator at Everfield AG, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations across portfolio companies, acting as the foundation for effective HR delivery so Business Leaders and HRBPs can focus on strategic priorities.
- • You will manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, leavers, and absence management; draft and issue employment contracts and amendments; maintain HRIS records; administer company benefits and pension schemes; prepare, process, and validate monthly payroll; liaise with external payroll vendors; act as the first point of contact for employee queries; assist with policy updates; ensure compliance with local labour laws; maintain accurate employee records; produce employment letters and templates; ensure documentation is audit ready; maintain high data accuracy in HR systems; provide employee data and reports to support dashboards and decision making; and assist with onboarding packs, disciplinary documentation, exit surveys, and operational HR tasks while supporting CoE teams on program rollouts.
- • You will work closely with the HR Business Partnering team and Centre of Excellence (CoE) teams across portfolio companies in Spain, providing accurate data and reporting to support decision making and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant HR support as the first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in HR administration, payroll processing, compliance with local employment laws, HRIS management (including Workday), and data-driven HR reporting, gaining end-to-end visibility into HR operations and building a strong foundation for a career in HR operations or HR business partnering.
