- • Manage end-to-end HR administration for portfolio companies, including onboarding, offboarding, absence tracking, and employee record maintenance within HRIS systems.
- • Draft, issue, and update employment contracts and amendments in alignment with local legal requirements across UK, Ireland, and Scotland.
- • Prepare, process, and validate monthly payroll for multiple portfolio companies in coordination with external payroll vendors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR queries, providing timely, accurate, and compliant support on benefits, policies, and employment matters.
- • Maintain up-to-date, audit-ready HR documentation including employment letters, policy templates, disciplinary records, and exit survey materials.
- • Ensure adherence to local labour laws and HR best practices across all portfolio companies operating in different European jurisdictions.
- • Accurately populate and maintain HR data systems to support dashboards, analytics, and leadership decision-making with high data integrity.
- • Generate and deliver regular employee data reports for HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to inform operational and strategic initiatives.
- • Support HR Business Partners and CoE teams with operational tasks including onboarding pack preparation, disciplinary documentation, and rollout of HR programs.
- • Administer company benefits and pension schemes, ensuring employee enrollment is accurate and aligned with policy guidelines.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are consistently applied across the decentralized Everfield ecosystem.
- • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information and ensure all HR practices uphold compliance and data protection standards.
- • Proactively identify process inefficiencies in HR administration and payroll workflows and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and speed.
- • Work autonomously across multiple portfolio companies while maintaining alignment with central HR standards and governance frameworks.
- • Assist in updating HR policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes and organizational best practices.
- • Support internal audits by ensuring all HR records are complete, organized, and accessible for review.
- • Coordinate with external payroll providers to resolve discrepancies, validate inputs, and ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
