📋 Description
- • Oversee daily HR operations including employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses across EMEA regions.
- • Coordinate administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and resolution of inquiries for employees in France, UK, Germany, and Spain.
- • Lead HR projects with external vendors to deliver high-quality services aligned with employee needs and company values.
- • Ensure legal compliance with employment laws in France, UK, Germany, and Spain, proactively mitigating company risk through accurate policy application.
- • Maintain and update employee handbooks to reflect current policies, legal requirements, and company standards.
- • Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring seamless integration through HR systems, office setup, and manager coordination.
- • Formalize and manage all contractual elements throughout the employee lifecycle, including labor contracts, amendments, and termination certificates.
- • Handle immigration requests including work permits, renewals, and National Security Number applications for international employees.
- • Prepare and process payroll for all EMEA employees, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement by coordinating with payroll providers and the Finance team.
- • Provide timely and complete payroll data to external providers and internal finance stakeholders to avoid delays or penalties.
- • Lead process optimization initiatives in HR and payroll, including automation, vendor benchmarking, and system improvements.
- • Explore, implement, and refine people-related projects and best practices that align with company culture and support growth.
- • Continuously document, streamline, and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records across all systems, updating information promptly with every employee lifecycle event.
- • Act as a hands-on HR operator with a builder mindset, driving improvements in systems, policies, and employee support structures.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on HR deliverables and compliance.
- • Support employee retention and engagement through proactive HR interventions and policy refinement based on data and feedback.
- • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for EMEA employees on compliance, benefits, payroll, and immigration matters.
- • Apply strong knowledge of French labor law and HR best practices while managing multi-country employment regulations.
- • Utilize HRIS and payroll technology platforms to manage data integrity, automate workflows, and generate reporting.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- • 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- • Strong knowledge of French employment law and HR policy, with experience managing cross-country employee populations in UK, Germany, and Spain
- • Proven experience managing full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, including payroll processing in EMEA
- • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, with a track record of process optimization and automation
- • Hands-on, doer mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
