- • Own the full employee lifecycle for 150-200 high-performing professionals spread across Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. You will be the single point of HR truth for Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams, translating business goals into people strategies that keep BrainRocket ahead of the curve in Fintech, iGaming, and MarTech.
- • Act as a strategic advisor to VPs and Team Leads, translating aggressive growth targets into workforce plans, succession maps, and capability-building roadmaps. Your data-driven insights will directly influence headcount forecasts, budget allocations, and product-launch timelines.
- • Design and roll out scalable people programs—onboarding, performance management, leadership development, DEI, and engagement initiatives—that work seamlessly in a 100 % remote-first culture. You will pilot, iterate, and scale at lightning speed, ensuring every program feels uniquely “BRO” and never corporate or cookie-cutter.
- • Coach managers on how to lead distributed, multicultural teams with empathy and commercial impact. From difficult conversations to high-stakes negotiations, you will be the trusted sounding board who turns people risks into competitive advantages.
- • Build predictive analytics dashboards that track attrition risk, engagement drivers, and productivity levers. You will translate complex data into simple, actionable narratives that influence C-level decisions and keep our 1,300 “bright minds” motivated and retained.
- • Lead cyclical processes—compensation reviews, promotion cycles, engagement surveys, and compliance audits—while injecting innovation and speed. Expect to cut cycle times by 30 % without sacrificing fairness or quality.
- • Partner with Talent Acquisition to craft employer-brand campaigns that position BrainRocket as the employer of choice for rebellious, mission-driven technologists. You will co-create job architectures, career paths, and EVP messaging that resonate across five countries and counting.
- • Champion a culture of continuous feedback and psychological safety. You will facilitate OKR setting, 360 reviews, and skip-level sessions that turn raw ambition into measurable results.
- • Own end-to-end employee relations: investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and off-boarding. You will balance legal compliance with cultural sensitivity, ensuring every case strengthens our reputation rather than threatens it.
- • Stay ahead of local labor laws in Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. You will translate evolving regulations into practical playbooks, training sessions, and policy updates that keep us compliant and competitive.
- • Curate and negotiate benefits, perks, and wellness programs that reflect our “young, ambitious, and unstoppable” ethos. From mental-health stipends to co-working allowances, you will ensure every benefit feels personal and impactful.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or People Partner experience in high-growth tech, fintech, or iGaming environments with 500+ employees
- • Proven track record of designing and scaling remote-first people programs across multiple European jurisdictions
- • Advanced proficiency in HRIS, people analytics, and Google Workspace; experience with Rippling, BambooHR, or similar platforms preferred
- • Fluency in English plus at least one additional language relevant to our markets (Greek, Maltese, Portuguese, Polish, or Serbian)
- • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field; CIPD, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
