• • The HR Shared Services Associate at Safeguard Global is responsible for resolving client HR queries and delivering HR services while ensuring compliance with regional and local regulations and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employment contracts, employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll management, benefits administration, employee records maintenance, data entry, employee file management, processing HR-related documents, adhering to SLAs and SOPs, utilizing HRIS tools like Workday or SAP, delivering timely HR services, promoting teamwork, monitoring KPIs, generating business reports, and upholding company values.
