As a leading hospitality services company, our core mission is to deliver exceptional experiences that brighten the days of millions of patients, visitors, and guests we proudly serve nationwide. Whether it's providing compassionate service that eases a patient's anxiety, creating a memorable experience for a traveler in a new city, or supporting a colleague, every interaction is a chance to make a positive impact. This role as an HR Solutions Specialist is pivotal in upholding our commitment to excellence and ensuring our internal teams have the support they need to thrive.
  • • In this dynamic, remote role, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of HR-related inquiries, serving as a crucial link between our associates, managers, and the centralized HR function. Your primary focus will be on delivering unparalleled customer service, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our HR data, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the associate experience. You will be instrumental in navigating and resolving complex HR issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of our HR department.
  • • *Key Responsibilities and Impact:**
  • • **Provide Expert HR Support:** You will be the go-to resource for associates, managers, and HR teams, offering timely and effective responses to inquiries concerning company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines. This involves establishing and nurturing strong, positive relationships by delivering prompt, accurate, and helpful guidance on a variety of HR matters.
  • • **Issue Resolution and Escalation:** You will actively track, investigate, and resolve a broad spectrum of HR-related issues. This includes, but is not limited to, inquiries about benefits enrollment and administration, payroll discrepancies, time management policies, system access requests, and general HR questions. Your ability to strategically prioritize and apply your policy expertise will be crucial, especially when handling executive-level, high-visibility, or complex cases such as final pay disbursements, leave of absence requests, and position changes.
  • • **Enhance Associate Experience:** Proactively develop and implement solutions that improve the overall associate experience. This means not only answering questions but also identifying root causes of recurring issues and proposing improvements to processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
  • • **Managerial Guidance and Support:** You will empower managers by providing clear guidance, problem-solving support, and directing them to relevant resources such as job aids, links, and training materials. Your insights will help managers navigate HR policies and procedures effectively.
  • • **Policy Interpretation and Escalation:** Interpret complex HR policies and address associate and manager questions with clarity and confidence. You will know when to escalate issues to the Senior HR Manager, Field HR Leadership, or other subject matter experts, ensuring that all inquiries are handled at the appropriate level of expertise.
  • • **Uphold Ethical Standards:** Consistently uphold and promote adherence to Towne Park's company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in every HR interaction, reinforcing our commitment to integrity and fairness.
  • • **Ensure HR Data Integrity and Maintenance:** Meticulously review, process, and create workforce-related employment actions, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and integrity. You will identify the need for employment actions and ensure their timely and compliant entry into our HR systems, adhering to all regulatory, procedural, and policy requirements.
  • • **Maintain HR Records and Databases:** Diligently maintain and update HR records and databases, guaranteeing data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance. This includes accurate entry and approval of transactions within the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring compliance with onboarding documentation, associate job changes, and pay-related information.
  • • **HR Reporting and Analysis:** Generate and analyze HR reports as needed to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • • **Compliance and Legal Support:** Play a key role in managing unemployment claims by submitting and verifying information, reviewing decisions, and coordinating attendance for hearings. You will also assist in responding to subpoenas and other legal requests for documentation, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • • **Audit HR Records:** Conduct periodic audits of HR records to ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • • **Training and Knowledge Sharing:** Assist in training HR team members, associates, and managers on HR-related systems, tools, and procedures. Your efforts will ensure a shared understanding and consistent application of HR practices across the organization.
  • • This role is ideal for an individual with a strong sense of ownership, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. If you are driven to find answers, committed to accuracy, and eager to contribute to a positive and efficient HR function, we encourage you to apply and become a vital part of the Towne Park family.
