As an HR Specialist at Pebl, you will be instrumental in cultivating positive employee and client relationships, meticulously managing HR data, and providing expert, localized guidance on a wide array of HR-related matters.   • • Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate all facets of the onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees supported by Pebl. This involves close collaboration with our global internal teams, including Immigration and Payroll, as well as external service providers, ensuring a seamless and compliant transition for every individual.
  • • You will serve as an expert-level resource for our clients, expertly managing their queries and providing authoritative advice on critical HR topics such as benefits administration, international payroll intricacies, expense reporting procedures, and other essential HR functions. Acting as a regional expert, you will be the go-to person for clients seeking guidance specific to the Egyptian market.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve managing client relationships, working in tandem with members of our dedicated client services team to foster strong, long-lasting partnerships built on trust and exceptional service.
  • • You will be a champion for employee satisfaction among our supported employees, approaching your work with genuine sincerity and passion. A consistent customer service mindset will be paramount in ensuring a positive experience for every individual.
  • • Driving client satisfaction is also a key performance indicator. You will achieve this by ensuring quick onboarding timelines and rigorously maintaining our resolution time Service Level Agreements (SLAs), demonstrating our commitment to efficiency and client success.
  • • As part of our collaborative environment, you will assist in training new members of the HR team, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster team growth and development.
  • • Meticulous management and auditing of all HR records are essential. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on personal details, onboarding and off-boarding documentation, personal and contract documents, and job-specific information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • • You will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with all local employment laws in Egypt for every HR process. Proactive notification of any rectification needs to the proper points of contact will be crucial for maintaining compliance.
  • • Staying informed about applicable Collective Agreements and partnering with the relevant teams to ensure adherence will be a key responsibility, safeguarding the company and its employees.
  • • Collaboration with internal teams requiring regional-specific expertise will be a regular part of your role. This may include contributing to Knowledge Base maintenance, providing insights for Product Development, and other areas where your local knowledge is invaluable.
  • • A proactive approach to identifying and anticipating potential HR issues is expected. You will assist in root cause analysis and escalate concerns to the appropriate teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
