- • HR Specialist responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle with a focus on seamless onboarding and offboarding for supported employees and clients, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating onboarding/offboarding with global teams and external providers, providing expert HR support to clients on benefits, payroll, and expense reporting, managing client relationships, driving employee and client satisfaction, auditing HR records, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and collective agreements, collaborating with internal teams on regional expertise, and assisting in team training and issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- • 4-6 years of Human Resources experience required
- • Business proficiency in the English language required
- • Advanced knowledge of employment law
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Technology-literate, including Google & Microsoft Office suite
