• • As HRBP Director for Product Management at Twilio, you will partner directly with senior leaders shaping the Product Management organization to craft and deliver a bold talent strategy that elevates capabilities, evolves team collaboration, and strengthens organizations built to create world-class CPaaS products.
• • Day to day, you will spot opportunities through consultative, data-driven discovery efforts; partner with executive clients to create durable, proactive talent strategies; design and deploy high-impact talent programs; partner with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure clients extract maximum value from enterprise programs; and leverage AI tools to work smarter, move faster, and create space for deeper strategic work.
