  • • Serve as strategic HR Business Partner to CEOs and business leaders, providing end-to-end ownership of the employee lifecycle within designated business units; support organizational design, team formation, and structural adaptation to align with business growth objectives.
  • • Design, implement, and optimize HR systems and processes including performance cycles, leadership development programs, feedback ecosystems, and succession planning—treating them as strategic enablers, not administrative tasks.
  • • Leverage people data and team dynamics analytics to drive strategic workforce decisions, moving beyond survey administration to uncover actionable insights that impact business performance and cultural health.
  • • Build and sustain a high-performance culture rooted in ambition, transparency, accountability, and humanity—ensuring operational excellence does not come at the cost of employee well-being.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, influencing decision-making through data-driven recommendations and clear, persuasive communication that aligns HR strategy with business outcomes.
  • • Proactively identify organizational trends, systemic patterns, and root causes behind people-related challenges rather than addressing isolated incidents.
  • • Drive alignment between HR initiatives and business priorities by setting clear goals, tracking progress against key metrics, and securing necessary resources to deliver results on deadline.
  • • Collaborate across the SKELAR Platform teams (Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, IT) to ensure consistent, scalable HR practices across multiple ventures operating in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, and FashionTech.
  • • Champion innovation in HR by experimenting with new approaches, proposing bold ideas, and rapidly iterating on solutions to improve efficiency and impact.
  • • Communicate complex HR concepts and changes effectively across all levels, facilitating difficult conversations, mediating conflicts, and securing buy-in through win-win negotiation and evidence-based argumentation.
  • • Use feedback as a strategic tool to refine team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, and cultural alignment—embedding continuous improvement into daily operations.
  • • Support the SKELAR Foundation’s mission by contributing to social initiatives, including Ukraine’s first accelerator for veterans, and help scale programs that provide state-level support to veterans and underserved communities.
  • • Operate in a dynamic, high-growth environment where HR is not siloed but integrated into the operational core of a venture builder with 10+ million global users.
  • • Lead by example in promoting psychological safety, open communication, and ownership culture across cross-functional teams within fast-moving startup ventures.
  • • Partner with Platform teams to implement best-in-class HR infrastructure that enables founders to focus on product development while HR, Admin, Legal, and Talent Acquisition are centrally scaled and optimized.
  • • Contribute to internal learning ecosystems by participating in or leading exclusive educational programs on AI, product management, leadership development, and other professional domains.
  • • Maintain a strong operational focus: prioritize initiatives based on business impact, track status diligently, ask critical questions like “What problem are we solving?” and ensure timely execution.
