📋 Description

• As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for UiPath in Japan, you will play a critical role in aligning people strategy with business objectives, supporting organizational growth and transformation through strategic HR initiatives in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.
• Day to day, you will collaborate with leaders on organizational design and workforce planning, execute performance management processes, facilitate talent reviews and succession planning, oversee job changes and employee lifecycle events, and lead strategic HR projects while ensuring compliance with Japanese labor laws and company policies.
• You will be part of UiPath’s Japan HR team, operating under a newly elevated regional structure that positions Japan as a strategic hub for global innovation, particularly in advancing agentic automation through AI and RPA integration.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in HR compliance, talent management, and organizational development within a multinational matrixed environment, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge HR technology adoption and people-focused transformation initiatives that impact both local and global operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HR function
• Fluent Japanese and business-level English
• Experience supporting HR compliance, employee relations, and labor risk management in Japan
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with understanding of company goals and financial drivers
• Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and act as a change agent with strong change management skills
• Experience working in a multinational and matrixed environment
