- • Lead the HRIS domain for NICE Ltd.'s new HCM system implementation, owning integrations and testing workstreams to ensure seamless system functionality and alignment with business needs.
- • Drive cross-functional collaboration between HR, IT, third-party vendors, and system integrators to translate HR requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality integrations and testing cycles.
- • Own end-to-end testing strategy including unit, integration, end-to-end, and UAT, managing test scenarios, scripts, defect tracking, and reporting across all stakeholders.
- • Serve as the primary coordinator for HRIS program activities, ensuring alignment of integrations, testing, and cutover with the overall program plan through clear communication and decision-making.
- • Work in a fast-paced, program-driven environment in Raanana, Israel, contributing to a global innovation leader with over 8,500 employees across 30+ countries.
- • Develop expertise in HCM system implementations, complex HR interfaces, and large-scale ERP/HRIS programs while advancing leadership in technical and functional stakeholder management.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of experience implementing HR systems with direct ownership of integrations and testing workstreams
- • Strong understanding of HR processes, HR data structures, and complex system interfaces
- • Experience writing functional specifications and working closely with technical teams in IT and SI partners
- • Hands-on experience planning and leading testing cycles for large-scale system implementations
- • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- • Fluent English, spoken and written
