- ā¢ As a Senior HR Business Partner for Wrikeās Global Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, you will be a primary architect of the 'Future of Work' strategy, balancing high-volume operational partnership with a transformative mandate to redesign roles for an AI-integrated world.
- ā¢ You will bridge the gap between business strategy and people excellence, ensuring GTM teams are skilled, motivated, and highly enabled to scale by leading the redesign of GTM roles, building Skills Matrices, transforming Talent Reviews into growth engines, launching the 'Next Job Ready' internal mobility program, acting as a pragmatic problem-solver for Director-level stakeholders using data, managing high-volume requests with speed and precision, and automating repetitive HRBP workflows using Wrikeās AI tools and custom Gems.
- ā¢ You will join a team that values high enablement and professional growth, reporting directly to the Lead HRBP for GTM & Marketing, collaborating daily with the internal HRBP team, HR Ops, Stakeholders, and Finance, and partnering with Director-level leaders and their teams to drive impact across the organization.
- ā¢ In this role, you will develop expertise in organizational design, AI-integrated HR transformation, strategic workforce planning, and change management, while gaining hands-on experience with Wrike, UKG, Engagedly, and G Suite, and advancing your career under a manager committed to your growth in a high-paced, innovative tech environment.
šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ Proven track record as an HRBP in a high-growth tech environment, specifically supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams
- ā¢ Experience in role mapping, leveling, and building competency-based Skills Matrices
- ā¢ Demonstrated ability to sit in on difficult conversations and provide immediate, actionable feedback to leadership
- ā¢ Expert-level understanding of local labor laws, employee relations, and performance management frameworks
- ā¢ Proficiency in G Suite and experience working within a Project Management or System of Record tool (like Wrike, Notion, Asana)
- ā¢ Comfortable using AI to automate HR processes, including building personal GPTs/Gems and documenting workflows
- ā¢ Skilled in diving into spreadsheets or HRIS data to test hypotheses and track program success via NPS and feedback scores
