📋 Description

• The Home-Based Accounts Payable Specialist role at Delegate CX Inc. is essential for supporting partner brands by ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering customer-focused BPO services to U.S.-based SMBs.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include processing and verifying invoices, managing vendor relationships, reconcil expenses with purchase orders, initiating payments via checks, ACH, or electronic transfers, preparing financial reports, tracking expenses, and resolving payment discrepancies or documentation issues.
• Delegate CX Inc. (DCX) is a BPO provider specializing in helping U.S.-based small and medium-sized businesses, particularly in the promotional products industry, access global talent. The company emphasizes a people-centered culture, growth, and making hiring easy for clients.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in accounts payable, financial reporting, and vendor management while gaining experience with accounting software like QuickBooks or SAP, advancing your analytical and organizational skills in a remote, full-time setting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus but not required
