- • The Organizational Design Specialist - AI Trainer role is a freelance position focused on enhancing AI systems' understanding of organizational design by reviewing and refining AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects real-world expertise and practical reasoning.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing AI-generated outputs on organizational structures and change processes, evaluating responses for accuracy and practicality, drafting realistic design scenarios from professional experience, creating scenario variations from multiple perspectives, and identifying gaps or weak reasoning in AI content.
- • 10Xteam Inc. connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs to build next-generation models, operating as a remote-first organization serving clients across the EU and UK with a focus on AI training and expert knowledge integration.
- • In this role, you will deepen your understanding of AI applications in organizational design, contribute to cutting-edge AI training data, refine your ability to critique and structure design reasoning, and gain access to internal AI upskilling resources while maintaining flexibility alongside your primary career.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level organizational design specialist with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
- • Experience advising on, planning, and implementing organizational transformation and design projects
- • Skilled at evaluating design processes, organizational requirements, and compliance
- • Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
- • Available for 8–20 hours per week with prompt availability
