- • As a Recruiter, Hiring & Talent Operations at Outcapped, you will own full-cycle recruiting for mission-driven clients in high-impact sectors like AI safety, biosecurity, and global development, ensuring exceptional talent is hired efficiently and thoughtfully.
- • You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes including kickoff calls, structured screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding, while partnering directly with hiring managers to define role requirements and advise on hiring strategy.
- • You will work within a small, execution-focused team of 10 at Outcapped, an operations agency building tools to automate back-office work for mission-driven founders, with a mission to free teams from operational grind through SOPs and AI-powered workflows.
- • You will contribute to improving internal recruiting processes, refine sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn, manage the Ashby ATS, and support broader People Operations initiatives, gaining experience in talent operations, process optimization, and scalable hiring systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with ownership of end-to-end searches
- • Experience scaling organizations and operating in ambiguity
- • Strong sourcing experience building pipelines beyond LinkedIn
- • Comfortable working directly with hiring managers and advising on hiring decisions
- • Experience using Ashby or an equivalent ATS
- • Clear, professional communication and strong follow-through
