📋 Description

• This freelance Managing Director – AI Trainer role involves shaping advanced AI systems by providing real-world leadership insights to improve AI-generated business content, ensuring outputs reflect practical, actionable, and industry-relevant management strategies.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI-generated content on business leadership, operations, and strategic planning; evaluating solutions for real-world viability and best practices; drafting scenarios, case studies, and thought leadership pieces; creating stakeholder-perspective variations; and identifying flawed assumptions or gaps in AI material with structured feedback.
• 10x Team connects senior freelance experts with premier AI labs to develop next-generation AI models, focusing on grounding AI outputs in real-world expertise from EU/UK-based professionals.
• In this role, you will deepen your understanding of AI training processes, enhance your ability to translate executive experience into AI-ready insights, and contribute directly to building smarter AI for complex business challenges while maintaining full schedule flexibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior business leader (Managing Director or equivalent) with substantial experience in organizational management, transformation initiatives, and executive decision-making
• Located in the EU or UK
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set strategic direction, and drive organizational success
• Skilled at reviewing operational strategies, business models, and change management plans
• Organized, independent, and able to provide constructive, structured feedback
• Available 8–20 hours per week with reliable response times
