📋 Description
- • The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Women's Health serves as a key field-based scientific resource for clinicians, academic institutions, and professional organizations, providing expert scientific and clinical support for Natera’s reproductive and genetic health products.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include weekly 75% travel for in-person customer-facing meetings, delivering scientific presentations on Natera’s products (including non-invasive prenatal testing, carrier screening, and hereditary cancer testing), educating healthcare providers and internal teams, collaborating with Sales and Marketing on materials and training, engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), representing Natera at major scientific congresses (e.g., NSGC, ACOG, ASRM), supporting clinical trial initiatives, and maintaining up-to-date scientific expertise.
- • Natera is a global leader in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing, specializing in oncology, women’s health, and organ health, with a mission to integrate personalized genetic testing into standard care. The company comprises elite professionals from top institutions, fostering a culture of innovation, rigor, and impact in genetic disease management.
- • The MSL will deepen expertise in reproductive genetics and clinical science, build influential relationships with KOLs and healthcare leaders, contribute to product education and commercial strategy, gain exposure to cutting-edge cfDNA technologies, and develop skills in scientific communication, cross-functional collaboration, and field-based medical affairs—positioning them for advancement in medical affairs, clinical development, or healthcare strategy roles.
