- • Founding AI deployment strategist role at Claap (part of Lemlist SAS), focused on leading strategic AI transformation projects for enterprise clients, driving expansion, and building the post-sales playbook from scratch as a founding team member.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning a portfolio of strategic accounts (€20K+ ARR), leading AI transformation conversations with CIOs and AI leads, codifying onboarding and success frameworks, building customer health scoring models, running Executive Business Reviews, co-designing agent-facing capabilities with Product, and bridging customer AI/data teams with internal product development.
- • Claap is an AI-native Revenue Intelligence platform designed for both humans and AI agents, recently integrated with lemlist to build the next decade’s AI-native revenue platform; the team is small, impact-driven, and operates with a remote-first mindset while valuing in-person collaboration.
- • In this role, you will learn to architect enterprise AI workflows, shape product roadmap through direct customer insights, master change management in complex technical environments, and build scalable post-sales processes from zero — all while working directly with co-founders and owning NRR-driven outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in B2B SaaS post-sales (KAM, Strategic CSM, Senior AE, or SE), with at least 3 years carrying a revenue or retention quota
- • Hands-on experience building workflows on at least one agentic AI platform (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Dust), with concrete examples of shipped agents or prompt iterations
- • Fluent in both English and French (non-negotiable), based in France, and comfortable in a remote-first work environment
