Your contributions will directly influence our ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • • The ideal candidate is a proactive, exceptionally detail-oriented professional possessing strong execution capabilities, a natural consultative approach, and the proven ability to drive key compensation initiatives from conception to completion. You will be a central figure in ensuring that Lucid’s compensation programs are not only competitive in the market but also equitable internally and strategically aligned with the company’s overarching goals and values.

  • • Serve as a subject matter expert on critical compliance areas, including FLSA classifications, the development and maintenance of our job architecture, and wage and hour compliance, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
  • • Take proactive ownership of compensation-related policies and documentation. You will contribute significantly to the development, refinement, and maintenance of robust governance standards for all compensation practices.
  • • This role is based onsite in our Phoenix, AZ location, with the flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
