We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a pivotal role within our People Team. This position is crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both our candidates and our valued employees, contributing directly to our company's growth and success.
- • As a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be the primary administrator and a subject matter expert for Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Your responsibilities will include meticulously managing accurate workflows, requisitions, and job postings, ensuring the overall integrity and efficiency of the system. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining a robust and user-friendly recruitment infrastructure.
- • You will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination process. This involves intricate planning and communication to ensure a smooth and professional experience for every candidate and hiring team involved. Your attention to detail will be key to facilitating timely and efficient interview loops.
- • A significant part of your role will involve partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to prepare, generate, and extend employment offers. This requires a high degree of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism, ensuring that all offer details are correct and that candidates receive a clear and welcoming communication.
- • You will actively support recruiters in moving candidates through the recruitment pipeline. This includes assisting with resume reviews, managing candidate communications, and diligently following up on process steps to ensure a consistent and positive candidate journey from application to offer.
- • You will take ownership of critical pre-employment processes, including coordinating background checks and ensuring all required screenings are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This is a vital step in our hiring process, ensuring compliance and the successful integration of new hires.
- • Leading onboarding logistics is another key responsibility. You will manage the HRIS setup (specifically with Paylocity), coordinate new hire communications, and ensure Day One readiness in close partnership with our IT department. Your efforts will create a welcoming and efficient start for every new team member.
- • Maintaining the accuracy of recruiting data and supporting reporting needs are essential functions of this role. You will contribute to compliance efforts and assist in developing and refining process documentation, ensuring our People Team operates with best practices and clear guidelines.
- • Beyond recruitment, you will actively support employee experience initiatives, engagement activities, and broader culture-building efforts. This involves contributing to programs that foster a positive and connected work environment for all employees.
- • You will also assist in the planning and execution of People Team programs and various cross-functional initiatives, demonstrating your ability to contribute to broader HR projects and organizational goals.
- • Furthermore, you will manage internal resources such as the employee website content and coordinate company swag distribution, ensuring these elements contribute positively to our employee experience and brand.
