  • You will be instrumental in reducing time-to-hire, elevating candidate quality through robust screening and qualification processes, and guaranteeing a consistent, compliant, and positive candidate experience for all applicants, regardless of their location. Success in this role will be evaluated not solely on the sheer volume of hires, but critically on the speed, quality, and flawless execution of the recruitment process.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume roles. This includes developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates.
  • You will conduct thorough pre-screening interviews, assessing candidates for essential qualifications, cultural fit, and motivation, ensuring only the most suitable individuals advance to the next stages.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers will be crucial. You will gain a deep understanding of their specific needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and offer expert guidance on market trends and candidate availability.
  • You will manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring timely communication, providing clear expectations, and maintaining a professional and engaging interaction at all touchpoints.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will be a key administrative duty, ensuring data integrity and facilitating reporting.
  • You will contribute to the development and refinement of recruitment processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in high-volume hiring.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, labor market dynamics, and innovative recruiting technologies will be essential to continuously improve our hiring strategies.
  • This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential hiring challenges and developing mitigation strategies to ensure continuous talent flow.
  • You will also play a role in ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
