📋 Description

• As an HRIS Technology Consultant specializing in Workday, you will play a critical role in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing CMFG Life Insurance Company’s cloud-based Human Resource Information System to support enterprise-wide HR operations and strategic initiatives.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing end-user support for HRIS issues, gathering requirements, configuring and testing system changes, collaborating with subject matter experts and business leaders to improve HR processes, reviewing software updates, implementing new features, creating user guides, and ensuring data integrity and system alignment with business goals.
• You will join TruStage, a mission-driven organization recognized as a top place to work, dedicated to making financial wellness accessible through inclusive, innovative insurance and financial services solutions while fostering a diverse and supportive workplace culture.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Workday and HRIS systems, lead cross-functional projects including mergers and system upgrades, mentor junior team members, and contribute to strategic roadmaps that enhance HR technology effectiveness and employee experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience as an HRIS consultant, with Workday experience preferred
• Proficiency in seven or more HRIS functional areas such as HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Security, Integrations, or Reporting
• Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience with agile methodology and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
