- • As an HRIS Workday Compensation and AI Consultant at CNO Financial Group, you will serve as a technical expert and strategic advisor in shaping the future of HR technology by leading the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Compensation and emerging AI-driven HR solutions, directly enabling data-informed talent decisions and enhancing employee experience across the organization.
- • You will independently evaluate complex HRIS requirements, lead end-to-end Workday implementations and upgrades, manage release testing and troubleshooting, and act as a trusted liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure system changes align with operational goals, compliance standards, and user needs.
- • You will mentor junior team members, lead high-visibility projects with minimal oversight, drive continuous improvement in HRIS functionality, and provide strategic input into HR operations planning by translating technical capabilities into business value.
- • The HRIS team at CNO Financial Group plays a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to secure the financial futures of middle-income Americans by delivering reliable, innovative HR technology that empowers 3,300 associates and supports a workforce serving over 6.5 million policyholders.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
- • Five years of progressive HRIS responsibilities with deep expertise in Workday Compensation configuration, including Advanced Compensation, Equity, Job Family, Job Profile, Pay Grade, and Pay Grade Profile
- • Proven experience working with external vendors such as E-trade and Salary.com, and solid understanding of Workday integrations across HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Time, Compensation, Absence, and Help modules
